hello i'm andrew matriga and this is my wife colette matrega and our building journey has just started here at um simcoe building19 seconds
services down here on burley heads well we bought a block of land on the gold coast about 10 months ago and so the process27 seconds
commenced with meetings with a variety of builders we went to some of the project homes and we went to a couple of independent builders and we met up with chris and heath of36 seconds
simcorp and you know there's always a chemistry that you feel that you can work with with people because44 seconds
when you're building a home it's like a like a marriage and we just love the honesty that um both chris and heath gave us when we uh52 seconds
when we talk to them the the drafts person brock who we've been dealing with has just been absolutely superb absolutely superb and the ability to1 minute
have direct contact with him and the ability to have updates and revisions done on the fly has been superb and has helped expedite1 minute, 9 seconds
this whole process so it's been painless actually it's been really enjoyable and painless and when there are issues1 minute, 17 seconds
what's been nice is that we just haven't had a response but we've had a solution given back to us so that we can make a1 minute, 24 seconds
decision very quickly so this time i have gone away from the modern style and we are actually going1 minute, 32 seconds
for my dream home which is a modern hamptons so having that company to build that for us that could1 minute, 41 seconds
actually make sure that dream comes alive in the build it was really important and and not have someone dictate to me what i1 minute, 49 seconds
knew i wanted was also important so we've had a um fantastic journey so far uh it's a large1 minute, 58 seconds
block it's um it's quite narrow it's only about 16 meters wide but it's nearly 60 meters long and it falls down into the lake so that in itself was a2 minutes, 6 seconds

was great to we can now visualize it away from just a um the the renders and the and the flat you know one dimensional plans and to2 minutes, 44 seconds
see where the extent of the property lays on the block it's great because it looks much bigger than we anticipated2 minutes, 51 seconds
and so we're going to come away from here with this being very clear in our mind how this is being organized and the2 minutes, 58 seconds
