Home Extension Project in Bundal

We recently completed a home renovation for a client who was based in the U.K and moving back to Australia.

The client wanted an extension that created a second storey to the home, with plans to live in the lower level and rent out the top level to tenants for a great return on investment.

The biggest challenge for us to overcome on this project was liaising with a client in a different country and time zone. All our communications were made via email and phone.

We added the second level to the dwelling, creating a light airy apartment space. This section contained 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom a combined living and dining area with separate access to the backyard maintaining privacy for all occupants.

We also renovated the lower level of the home, giving it a much-needed facelift.

The old kitchen was removed and replaced with new neutral cabinetry, subway tiles and a functional island bench with seating, and a big gas cooktop, a perfect entertainers kitchen.
