Home Renovations Gold Coast Whitian Drive Carrara

This is a recently completed home renovation project in Carrara on the Gold Coast that we had the pleasure of working on.

It was a total home renovation inside and out which involved a host of upgrades including replacing the outdoor decking, patio, and pool gazebo.

The house had been a rental property for the last 18 years and had seen a lot of wear and tear. It needed a complete overhaul.

We created a beautiful, light, and airy space with that beach vibe the Gold Coast is famous for.

In the kitchen we removed a wall creating an open plan kitchen and dining space. The island bench and kitchen cabinetry feature a mix of timber and white doors and panels, and a beautiful feature marble tile backsplash (all from Home Renovators Warehouse) creating the perfect spot for relaxed dining and entertaining. The exposed brick wall in the lounge area adds great texture and breaks up the predominantly white walls and cabinetry.

This classic timber and white combination was carried on to the bathrooms with stylish custom-made cabinets, marble tiles, matte black tapware, and the beautiful Bahama matte stone freestanding tub.

The Pool Gazebo offers a great low key entertaining space. One of the reasons this renovation is so successful is the consistent colour palette, we kept the colours neutral and fixtures consistent throughout the different areas of this home.

We created a built-in bbq and custom-built bar and bench seating – plus a beautiful outlook over the pool. The ultimate for home entertainers!
