This Bundall build was designed to feel clean and contemporary without leaning too heavily into trends. The owners wanted a home that felt refined and minimal, while still bringing warmth and texture into the everyday living spaces.

The design combines strong architectural lines with softer interior finishes, balancing darker external elements against light natural materials and open, light-filled interiors.

Rather than creating a showpiece home, the focus was on delivering a practical custom build that feels comfortable, functional, and timeless.

Designed Around Everyday Living

From the beginning, the layout was planned to make day-to-day living easy. Open-plan living areas connect naturally throughout the home, while oversized windows and high ceilings help create a bright and open feel across the main spaces.

A lot of attention was also given to the internal finishes and joinery selections. Warm timber textures, natural stone, and layered neutral tones were used throughout the home to soften the modern architecture and create a more relaxed atmosphere.

The walk-in robe became a standout feature of the build, designed more like a private dressing space with extensive custom storage and full-height cabinetry.
