Luxury Home Transformation

We just finished up this massive transformation at 17 Albicore Street in Mermaid Waters, and seeing the difference from start to finish is incredible. We didn't just give the place a face-lift; we completely overhauled the layout to create a high-end sanctuary that makes the most of those waterfront views and brings in as much natural light as possible.

The Design: Coastal Sophistication

We went with soaring ceilings and massive glass sliders to really pull that waterfront view inside. The pairing of crisp white walls with premium wide-board timber floors gives the whole place that high-end coastal feel. 

The custom staircase is definitely a highlight; the oak-toned treads and sleek, open balustrade keep the entry looking bright and give it that high-spec finish right from the front door.

The Gourmet Kitchen & Living

The kitchen is a standout, especially if you're into entertaining. We went with a massive stone-wrapped island and gave it a curved, fluted base to add some real character to the center of the room. 

To keep it from feeling too sterile, we mixed warm timber-look cabinetry with white finishes and finished it all off with brushed gold tapware.

Resort-Style Master Suite & Bathrooms

In the master bedroom, we went with a floor-to-ceiling marble-look feature wall to give the space a real sense of luxury. We carried that same high-end feel into the bathrooms with large-format stone tiles, freestanding baths, and more of those brushed gold fixtures. 

Even the smaller details, like the fluted vanities and walk-in showers, were chosen to make sure the finish felt consistent and high-spec throughout.
